Wool Chair by Architecture Uncomfortable Workshop:
Le studio Architecture Uncomfortable Workshop Basé à Budapest a décidé d’explorer d’autres types de conception, des conceptions n’ayant pas besoin de beaucoup de recherches et qui sont créées avec des matières premières simples, le tout assemblé dans leur atelier de menuiserie.
Dans cette collection nous trouvons la Wool Chair, un tabouret inspiré par les ateliers de séchage de foin en bois traditionnels. Le piétement et l’assise en bois sont emballés avec de la laine bien pelucheuse pour fournir un confort maximum.
Quiet by Tilt :
TILT est un studio de design basé à Londres qui a créé un fauteuil nommé Quiet. Le fauteuil a été conçu dans le cadre d’un projet de co-design lors des ateliers avec le personnel et les patients de Whittington Hospital Pharmacy de Londres.
Cette forme pentagonale et son design très cocon, donnent aux utilisateurs l’impression d’être protégés, presque immunisés du monde extérieur, le tout en étant assis confortablement.

The insights behind TILT’s latest products were conceived during codesign workshops with staff and patients at the Whittington Hospital in London. Safe personal space, whether standing or sitting, was a key insight of the process and TILT created an enclosing form that can be either a chair or a booth depending on need. The pentagonal shapes are deliberately cocoon like, allowing the user to feel protected and cosy, almost immune to the outside world. The Quiet is one half of a two part design iteration which also includes TILT’s Call. The Call has a matching shape to the Quiet but functions as a booth for use while standing.
